RaShaun Holliman is the President and CEO of the Ohio Alliance for Public Charter Schools. He brings extensive experience in educational leadership, administration, advocacy and charter school operations to his role leading Ohio’s largest charter school membership organization.

As a founding member of a Columbus charter school, a former Principal and parent and community liaison, he applies his knowledge of quality best practices, administrative innovation and collaborative programming to all aspects of OAPCS’ mission and work. Advancing opportunities for all students in the state through access to quality charter schools and expanding key educational partnerships are primary focus areas of his leadership initiatives.                         

Prior to joining OAPCS, he was Vice President of Outreach and Communications for the Georgia Charter Schools Association in Atlanta, where he led advocacy efforts in charter school development and expansion. At the Focus Learning Academy East charter school, he increased graduation rates and expanded enrollment and community engagement. He has also served as a parent liaison for Columbus City Schools and an editor at McGraw-Hill Publishing.

Jesse Truett
Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operations Officer for OAPCS, Jesse Truett is responsible for managing and leading the day-to-day operations of the organization. As a former principal at Newark High School and Grandview Heights High School, Jesse is an experienced and proven academic and administrative leader who has demonstrated a significant commitment to both student performance and solid operational and financial management.

Tisha Reynolds
Director of Development and Membership

As the Director of Development and Membership, Tisha Reynolds brings experience in child development and fundraising to the Ohio Alliance for Public Charter Schools. Tisha’s experience in child development started at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Columbus. For the past six years, she was able to grow and enhance her fundraising skills at the American Diabetes Association and National Kidney Foundation. She specialized in committee development, special events and strategic planning. Her passion for children and fundraising serves as the foundation for joining the charter school movement.

Stefanie Hatfield
Data Support Specialist

As the Data Support Specialist for OAPCS’ Center for Charter School Quality, Stefanie Hatfield plans and delivers professional development in the Data Teams process, data analysis, and data driven curriculum modifications for teachers and administrators. She has more than a decade of experience as a teacher and administrator in Columbus charter schools. Utilizing her extensive experience in the classroom, she applies her expertise in the Data Teams system to advance quality teaching and learning outcomes.
